About Net-Properties
This site has been developed by Blair Rinnier and Henry Hanna to better serve their clients who buy and sell net leased properties. Rinnier and Hanna are members of CCIM, ICSC, NAIOP and participate in conventions and conferences targeted at net leased education and networking nationwide. These educational courses and everyday business experience have made Rinnier and Hanna very familiar with the dealings of net leased properties and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. The networking capability of the Internet allows proactive marketing techniques that reach over 10,000 commercial brokers and principals, who may be interested in either the sale or purchase of net leased properties on a national level.
